IMC Consulting Group (ICG) is a fully owned subsidiary of the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore). It provides certificate and diploma programmes in management consultancy. Graduates with the requisite experience may undergo a certification process by the Institute to achieve the status of Certified Management Consultant. ICG also provides a wide range of short seminars/workshops for CEOs and senior managers and will also undertake consultancy assignments on organisation performance management.

ICG, in collaboration with the Institute, is organising two one-day conferences in China on the theme "Organisation Performance Management - The Singapore Experience". One will be held in Shanghai on 19 Sep 2006 and the other in Tianjin on 21 Sep 2006.
